Inside Mount

A/ Measure inside width at the top, center, and bottom. Submit narrowest measurement if no clearance has been allowed (please state yes or no on order form). Factory will deduct 1/4 inch from overall width.

B/ Measure inside height of window opening. No allowance is made for length.

Outside Mount

A/ Width: measure exact width of area to be covered. Add sufficient overlap of 2 inches on each side of window opening. Factory will make no allowances.

B/ Measure height of area to be covered allowing a minimum of 2 1/2 inches at top of window to allow for headrail and installation brackets.

Bay Window

Specify wall measurements (1,2,3) or face measurement (4,5,6). When wall measurements are given a deduction will be made by the factory for a mitered corner installation. When face measurements are given no allowance will be made.

Corner Window
(overhead view)

Specify wall measurements (1 & 2) or face measurement (3 & 4). Factory will make deductions on wall measurements for a mitered installation. No deductions will be made on face measurements.

TO FIGURE OUT SQUARE FOOTAGE PER SHADE FORMULA:

Width in inches x Height in inches divided by 144 = SQ FT

Example 1: Your width is 54", your length is 72"
54 x 72 = 3888 divided by 144 = 27 SQ FT

Example 2: Your width is 32", your length is 45"
32 x 45 = 1440 divided by 144 = 10 SQ FT

(Please note: Minimum charge is based on 12 SQ FT per shade)

MC Roman Shades guarantees the workmanship and any materials we supply for one year from the date we complete an order.

If you should have a problem, call or write our customer service desk, and give us a complete description of the problem. We will then issue a return authorization. No merchandise is accepted without the authorization.

Once we have determined that a fabrication defect exists, we will repair and reship your order within one week from the date that all necessary materials are on hand.

The MC Roman Shades fabrication warranty is limited to rework or replacement only, and we retain the right to determine how a fabrication defect will be corrected. Replacements will be made to the original specifications only. We will not accept responsibility for fading, sagging, shrinkage, or wrinkling.
